NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a skilled HR Analytics Contractor to join our team. This is an independent contractor position that offers remote work and scheduling flexibility.

Job Description:

As an HR Analytics Contractor, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will create and populate dashboards for use in board meetings and other forums, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. This role requires expertise in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and the ability to recommend improvements to current methodologies for measuring key metrics such as turnover. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to utilize your expertise in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, visualize, and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Create and populate dashboards for use in board meetings and other key forums.
  • Help ensure the quality and integrity of data sources in Workday HRIS in partnership with technical and functional SMEs.
  • Recommend improvements to current methodologies for measuring key metrics, such as turnover.
  • Partner with senior HR team members and other stakeholders in the business to deliver relevant reporting and dashboarding solutions.
  • Other analytics-related projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of Human Resources Analytics experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare industry analytics, but not required.
  • Prior experience with Workday is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially database and spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience in generating simple, advanced, matrix, and trended reports.
  • Knowledge of data integrity principles and practices.
  • Understanding of access and security protocols in data management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail.
