Apply today!   Summary: NorthStar is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Development to lead the organization’s learning, leadership development, and talent management strategy. New Opportunity - Senior Director of  Integration   Summary:  NorthStar is searching for an experienced, reliable and project management-oriented Senior Director of Integration. The Senior Director of Integration will work closely with the Chief of staff to lead integrations of new business (including organic contracts as well as M&A integrations). This individual will lead both the client-facing and internal-facing elements of each integration project. Summary: Support the overall growth of a portfolio of hospital customers have hired NorthStar to manage its anesthesia needs. The operations analysts do a variety of activities to support these customers: assess monthly financial performance vs. budget, identify deficiencies in provider staffing and revenue collections, and support key operational processes (e.g., payroll, rev cycle, accounts payable).
